By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using this App, you confirm that you
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have been registered and assigned a Customer ID by HJ Real Estates LLC.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
The DU MORE App is designed to provide a secure and convenient way to:
View your investment details, payment schedules, and associated records.
Access receipts and certificates related to your investment.
Receive updates regarding your investment and agreements.
Note: This App is a read-only platform. It does not allow users to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds. All financial transactions are handled offline directly by HJ Real Estates LLC.
When using the App, you agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempt to tamper with or gain unauthorized access to the App or its features.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your Customer ID
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HJ Real Estates LLC or its licensors. You may not:
Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written consent.
Use any App content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
All investments are governed by a separate Agreement cum Application signed with HJ Real Estates LLC. By signing the agreement, you:
Confirm the investment amount, lock-in period, and return schedule.
Acknowledge that your investment will be managed by HJ Real Estates LLC.
Agree to a lock-in period of 40 months, during which funds cannot be withdrawn or canceled.
The DU MORE App is not a financial intermediary or a licensed fund manager. It serves only as a viewing platform for investments made offline with HJ Real Estates LLC.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee
That the information in the App is complete, accurate, or current.
That the App will operate without interruptions, errors, or bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HJ Real Estates LLC will not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
The App does not collect personal data. All user information displayed in the App is based on details provided by you to HJ Real Estates LLC during onboarding. For more information, refer to our [Privacy Policy].
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice
Update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice for:
Violation of these Terms.
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
Failure to comply with applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
